Services and pricing

Everything IAMV delivers, with investment range, dedication and scope boundaries. No "contact us" where a number can be published.

The figures below are the starting point for small and mid-sized companies and startups. The final number depends on the role you hire, the weekly dedication and the contract length. Longer contracts and higher dedication bring the hourly rate down.

Embedded in your team (hands-on)

IAMV joins the team and executes. What separates the models is how much weekly dedication you contract.

Dedication is stated in days per week and in hours per month. Those hours can be spread across more days to fit your company's routine: 70 hours a month can be 2 full days a week or 4 half-days, whichever works better for your team's ceremonies and calendar.

Part-time

From $1,400/month
Dedication
about 1 to 2 days per week
Hours
40 to 60 hours/month
Ideal for
Companies with one specific workstream stuck
What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Runs one specific workstream on a fixed weekly cadence
  • Keeps continuity without growing your headcount
  • Delivers within the scope of the contracted workstream

What it does not do

  • Does not lead multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Does not guarantee real-time response outside the contracted days
  • Does not absorb emergency demand without renegotiating dedication

Dedication
about 2 to 3 days per week
Hours
70 to 90 hours/month
Ideal for
SMBs and startups with no head of product or AI
What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Owns one workstream with leadership autonomy and answers for its outcome
  • Joins the team's ceremonies, decisions and rituals on the contracted days
  • Builds the process and leaves the team able to run it without IAMV

What it does not do

  • Does not replace an entire team or cover several workstreams at once
  • Is not available outside the agreed days
  • Does not take on formal people management (hiring, firing, performance reviews)

Full-time

From $3,000/month
Dedication
5 days per week
Hours
around 160 hours/month
Ideal for
Turning points: launch, restructuring or AI adoption at scale
What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Full dedication for a defined period, immersed in the team's routine
  • Owns the workstream end to end for the duration of the contract
  • Leaves documentation and a structured handover at the end

What it does not do

  • Is not employment: it is a service contract with a defined term
  • Does not imply permanent exclusivity after the period ends
  • Does not include employee benefits, paid leave or payroll charges

One-off demands and second opinions

Product Owner:
$100/hour
Product Manager:
$120 to $150/hour
AI Solutions Builder:
$120 to $150/hour
What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Strategy, architecture or roadmap review with a written assessment
  • Technical second opinion before an expensive decision
  • Working sessions to unblock a specific problem

What it does not do

  • Does not include continuous execution or project delivery
  • Does not replace a recurring engagement for constant demand
  • Does not cover availability outside scheduled sessions

Well-defined problems with a clear deadline

Product Manager:

AI Solutions Builder:
On request
What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Scope, deliverables and deadline closed in the contract before kickoff
  • Fixed price: the risk of effort overrun sits with IAMV, not with you
  • Documented delivery, handed over to your team

What it does not do

  • Does not absorb scope changes without a contract amendment
  • Does not include post-delivery maintenance (separate contract)
  • Does not start without an assessment: open scope produces wrong quotes

Available roles

Any engagement model above can be contracted in one of these three roles. The role defines what IAMV does inside your team, and it is what drives the price the most.

The “what it does not do” lists apply to each role hired on its own. In a combined role, one role's boundary can be covered by the other: a Product Manager does not write your product's production code, but a product builder (Product Manager + AI Solutions Builder) does. What stays out of scope in any combination is formal people management and accountability for sales targets.

Product Manager

Decides what to build and why. Works on strategy, prioritization and the bridge between business and technology.

What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Product strategy, vision and roadmap with an impact-based rationale
  • User discovery, hypothesis validation and metric definition
  • Prioritization and trade-offs across business, data and engineering
  • Curation of AI use cases: where it applies and where it does not pay off

What it does not do

  • No people management, hiring or performance reviews
  • No interface (UI) design or visual identity work
  • Does not write your product's production code
  • Does not answer for sales targets or sales operations

Product Owner

Makes the team ship. Works on backlog, refinement and execution cadence.

What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • Backlog, refinement, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Cadence with the engineering team and delivery tracking
  • Bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, turning demand into scope
  • Delivery acceptance and release organization

What it does not do

  • Does not set long-term strategy or roadmap (that is the PM's job)
  • Does not act as Scrum Master or agile coach
  • No people management
  • Does not replace technical leadership on architecture decisions

AI Solutions Builder

Builds. Hands-on work: agents, automations, integrations and AI proofs of concept.

What it does · What it does not do

What it does

  • AI agents and assistants (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph)
  • RAG pipelines with vector databases and knowledge base curation
  • n8n automations and integrations (WhatsApp, website, internal APIs)
  • AI-native development with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, plus proofs of concept

What it does not do

  • No on-call or 24/7 support (maintenance is a separate contract)
  • No platform DevOps or cloud infrastructure administration
  • Does not build full systems outside the AI and automation scope
  • Does not handle sensitive data without a contract and privacy policy in place

Roles can be combined

Not every context fits a single role. It is common to need a Product Manager who also builds (what the market has been calling a product builder), or a Product Owner working inside an AI context. Combinations like these are possible: the scope is designed from the real weight of each role in the delivery, and the investment range follows that proportion.
